I hope you are as excited about this interview as…

I hope you are as excited about this interview as I am because episode 168 features the incredibly talented DJ/Producer Redux Saints! I connected with Jason on a video interview and had so much fun getting his full story in this one 🎙 In episode 168 we discussed: •Becoming Redux Saints: Born and raised in Chicago, Jason has always had a passion for electronic music. During his time in the birthplace of house, he became very interested in learning more about production and was inspired to join Icon Collective and also became the first US Graduate from the Toolroom Academy. Needless to say, he took the process very seriously and it's all paying off! 📖 •Discography: With well over 50 releases to his name in the past 6 years, Redux Saints has built a special catalog of tracks. We ran through some of his biggest releases on labels like Toolroom, Low Ceiling, Incorrect, Hood Politics and discussed the inspirations behind each track. Super dope sound across the board. 🔥 •Deep Tech Los Angeles: Jason is the founder and head A&R for his label DTLA and I really enjoyed hearing his perspective and strategies on how to stand out as a house label in today's world. He's released 37 of his own tracks on DTLA (all absolute FIRE) and has a smart approach to both the musical and business sides of running a label. So many pieces of good advice in this portion. 🗣 Redux Saints is someone that I have a lot of respect for because he is always wanting to get better on every level. He has a true passion for music and is such a great dude who constantly puts others before him. 🙌🏻 Really excited to see what the future holds for him and DTLA - thank you again for making the time to chat my man! 👏🏻 linktr.ee/sherminthebooth
